About the Digging In Series
The Office of State Archaeology and Connecticut Historical
Commission publish a joint newsletter entitled, Digging In:
News from the Office of State Archaeology and the Connecticut
Historical Commission. These newsletters highlight changes
in federal, state, and local cultural resource management
legislation, and also describe recent events and activities
at both agencies related to Connecticut's archaeological
heritage.
The Digging In series begins on Archnet with issue No. 1,
which was released in the Fall of 1993. Future editions
will be posted as they become available.
