Bifaces
A sample of bifaces from eastern Connecticut. The example on the left is similar in form to a blade or projectile point. The middle specimen is a trapezoidal biface. The example on the right is a larger amorphous biface fragment. Bifaces like these are considered expedient tools which lack standardized forms.
